Founded by Kirk, Harsit, and Zain, Whole Health Pharmacy has been a cornerstone in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community. With a passion for fostering well-being, we've created a welcoming environment where you can feel confident about your health journey.
Our Team
Vince Fazzari
Vince calls Port Colbone home. He graduated from Brock University with a Bachelors of Science degree, then went back to school to obtain his Doctor of Pharmacy at D'Youville in 2019.
Vince is also is the Chief Chemist at Ridgeway Lavender, which is a family owned/operated small business. They were rated 3rd BEST lavender oil in Canada!
Harsit Patel
Harsit has an advanced degree in Pharmacy, obtaining his doctorate from the University of Florida. His first pharmacy degree is from the University of Toronto. He has spent the last 15 years working in the emergency department at Hamilton General Hospital, teaching pharmacology to Pharmacy Technicians/Assistants and Paramedics at Niagara College. He has a passion for community outreach and support, coaching kids soccer and volunteering within the county lives.
Kirk Wong
Kirk graduated from the University of Toronto in 2009. He has a wide breadth of experience as both a community and hospital pharmacist. He also has over 7 years of experience in outpatient cancer care, and is devoted to educating family and caregivers. He is also a mentor to students of the University of Waterloo and University of Toronto Schools of Pharmacy. Schedule an appointment with Kirk to review your medications.
Zain Hudani
Zain comes to Fort Erie after serving communities in Toronto, Kitchener, Brantford and Hamilton. He has a combined experience of 5 years in specialized settings such as oncology, opiate dependence treatment and academia. Zain has a Master of Science degree in pharmacy from University of Waterloo and Bachelor's degree from India. He is an avid traveler, has lived on three continents (Asia, Africa and North America) and has lots of stories to share.
